We conduct arthritis pool classes several times a week. They involve exercising every joint in the body and are for half hour but another fifteen minutes is allowed for people to focus on what benefits them the most.Click here for more about our arthritis clases.
Infant Water Orientation
Infant water orientation and early Learn To Swim classes are conducted on Saturday mornings.
Antenatal pool exercise classes are conducted by day and evening. These are useful to maintain or increase fitness during pregancy. Click here for more about our antenatal classes.
